Eligibility for Return
You may request a return within 1-3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item received. Our team will review the request and respond within 1-3 business days.
Return Approval and Process
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Process
If the return is approved and the item is received in acceptable condition, your refund will be processed through the original payment method, which in this case is cash on delivery. We will contact you to arrange the refund process within 1-3 days after inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition will not be accepted for return or refund.
